At UpAiry, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
